IT Director

Classy Wheeler Limited is a leading investment holding company focused on the insurance industry.

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to oversee various aspects of our technology operations, including application design, development, and maintenance.

• Gather and prepare outsource applications requirements and execute pre-UAT testing.
• Analyze business needs, system problems, testing standards, and solutions.
• Prioritize requirements and communicate system design with key users for review and approval.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and provide guidance on process improvement, new technology applications, and solutions.

In addition, the IT Director will be responsible for collaborating with developers to resolve issues, ensuring solutions are viable and consistent.

Key responsibilities include conducting training sessions and workshops on new applications, providing routine IT/Security reports, coordinating BCP plans, preparing Annual IT Plans, and performing ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.
