Your primary responsibilities will include executing otc product trades, maintaining good communication with product suppliers and counterparties, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Additionally, you will assist in providing sales teams with market insights, holding sales training, promoting product marketing, and collecting feedback for future product layout adjustments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- approve all documentation before they get released for customer final payment approval
- compiled reports for senior management for daily activity summaries during Monday morning team meeting on quarterly basis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; professional qualifications such as CFA or FRM are preferred.
- At least 2 years of work experience in the financial market (preferably in OTC trading products).
- Good understanding of the global financial market and products.
- Strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and complete multiple tasks accurately and on time.
- Motivation to learn proactively.
- Good written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English.
