Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and relevant background.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in handling quality aspects of Footwear related products.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Strong communication with external parties (overseas vendors, factories) and internal teams (merchandiser team and National Office).
  • Preventive awareness in term of product safety and production consistency.
  • Experience in retail business sourcing or buying office and collaborating with 3rd party test laboratories is preferable.
  • Familiarity with Australian technical standard requirements or EU markets.
  • Strong integrity and professional ethics.
  • Knowledge in ISO 9000 and factory audit experience is an advantage.
  • Self-discipline, good team player, self-motivated, open-minded.
  • Frequent travel to China and Southeast Asia countries.
