Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end support to internal users, managing incidents and requests through tools like Remedy, and coordinating with other technical teams for issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to internal users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Manage and resolve incidents and requests in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with Infra Support Service Desk and other technical teams for issue resolution
  • Escalate non-resolvable issues to respective support groups
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • End User support experience
  • Knowledge on ticketing tools such as Remedy
  • Inventory management and control skills
  • Vendor management and procurement experience
  • Networking support and troubleshooting skills – VLAN, security, routing
  • VoIP phones support and troubleshooting
  • Windows Server maintenance and administration
  • Knowledge on GPO and AD is desired
  • ITIL Foundation certification is an added advantage
