Job Description:

Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking a Culinary Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation in our kitchen.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in a luxury hotel, with at least 2 years in a similar capacity. They will possess strong business acumen and knowledge of food and beverage market trends, as well as excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety skills.

Responsibilities include assisting the Sous Chef and Executive Pastry Chef in maintaining culinary standards, training culinary associates, and organizing kitchen areas to maximize productivity.
