We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist - Business Analysis to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.

About the Role

  • You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
  • Work with stakeholders and IT teams to prioritize collected requirements.
  • Communicate clarifications, changes, and enhancements of business requirements to sponsors, development team, and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders through clear communication and documentation.
  • Provide Level 2 and 3 support, troubleshoot production systems and services, and develop proactive monitoring and diagnosis tools.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to drive innovation and improve application management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, IT, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with hands-on experience using Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java.
  • Experienced in software integration, testing, and quality assurance.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure cloud computing.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytic skills, with a passion for technical challenges.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
