This role involves reporting to the Director, UK, Nordics & Ireland and performing major responsibilities in the London Office.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Developing and implementing promotional strategies for assigned industries, aligning with KPI targets.
  2. Maintaining relationships with government agencies, trade associations, and key business leaders of assigned industries.
  3. Prioritizing customer service excellence in both office and onsite settings.
  4. Analyzing industry trends by tracking market intelligence in Japan, Hong Kong, and Chinese Mainland.
  5. Ensuring seamless logistical arrangements for international events and missions.
  6. Optimizing resource allocation for maximum promotional impact.

Qualifications

  • University graduate with a minimum of 5 years of working experience in Japan preferred.
  • Liaison experience with Government, Business organizations, and corporations.
  • Proven ability to organize successful promotional events.
  • Fluency in English and Japanese (business level).
  • Desirable: Similar work experience in Trade Promotional Organizations.
  • Desirable: Previous work experience in HK/Chinese mainland/ASEAN countries.
  • Proficiency in general office software (WORD/EXCEL/PPT/TEAMS).

Compensation Package

A competitive compensation package will be offered to the successful candidate.
