Data Scientist Position

The Worldwide Consulting Group is seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models to predict outcomes and inform business decisions.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify insights and trends.
  • Develop and maintain predictive models using various techniques such as regression, decision trees, and clustering.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into existing systems and processes.
  • Present findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • University degree or higher in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Management, Computing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in advanced data analytics and customer segmentation, with a focus on statistical modeling and machine learning.
  • Hands-on experience with R, Python, SQL, and other data mining tools.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality analytics solutions that drive significant change and improvement.
  • Strong analytical mind with excellent report writing skills and ability to transform data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlikview.
  • Good understanding of CRM systems, campaign management systems, data warehousing, digital analytics, and other related technologies.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages.
