Job Description

The Copywriter is a key member of our creative team, responsible for developing innovative and effective advertising campaigns that meet our clients' objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing strategies, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our Client Service and Creative teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic and tactical approaches to advertising campaigns, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
• Conduct research to understand target audiences and adjust copy accordingly.
• Contribute innovative ideas that challenge the status quo and align with client marketing strategies.
• Defend strengths of existing concepts while remaining open to input and further explorations.
• Proactively anticipate and solve creative problems.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure messages are strategically and medically accurate.
• Present concepts and creative work in an organized and professional manner to clients.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results that meet client expectations.
• Supervise the work of junior creatives and provide support as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and share knowledge with internal teams.

Requirements:

• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Decisive problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work well within a team setting.
• Working knowledge of product challenges in relation to overall market.
• Computer proficiency, with solid knowledge of word processing programs.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing/advertising business experience preferred.
• Experience working in South East Asia and South Asia markets at regional and local level.
• Some experience with healthcare clients.
• Comfort with and enthusiasm for integrating AI into your work.
