About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Elevator Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Otis. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and efficiency of our elevator systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on elevator systems to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Conduct thorough inspections of elevator equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex technical issues and improve maintenance processes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve maintenance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Minimum [XY] months of experience in elevator maintenance or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of elevator systems, including mechanics, electrical, and control systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with customers and colleagues at all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
