We have an opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to join our team as an Accounting Operations Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounting operations, including transaction settlements, financial reporting, and compliance activities.
  • Support Third Party Management (TPM) reporting and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure TPM compliance.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the department.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance or part-qualified in a professional accounting body.
  • 5+ years in finance/accounting roles. Familiarity with Ariba or similar systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and teamwork.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
