• Monitoring warehouse activities and managing daily routes/schedules of shipments and deliveries to markets

• Arranging return and family sales flows

• Liaising with different departments on shipment or delivery schedules

• Maintaining accurate stock and inventory by reconciling movements in a timely manner

• Managing write-off and adjusting stock based on approved flow

• Verifying vendor invoices

• Executing cost-saving actions

Requirements
  • Degree holder in Transportation or Logistics related discipline
  • Over 4 years relevant working experience in logistics field, preferably in retail industry
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Certificate related to DG handling preferred
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
