Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Manager - Product Development (General Insurance) to lead the full project life cycle of new General Insurance product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project life cycle of new General Insurance product development, from product ideation to product go-live.
- Conduct market research and prepare product materials to support product development.
- Develop and execute testing plans, including user requirement testing.
- Prepare process flow and procedure manuals for to-be operation processes.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all concerns are addressed and the best solution is agreed.
- Support the growth of the company by innovating product design and customer journeys.
Requirements:
- University degree with a minimum of 5 years of General Insurance product development experience.
- Familiarity with General Insurance products and the end-to-end product cycle.
- Strong General Insurance product expertise.
- Business analysis skills, stakeholder management skills, and change management skills.
- Fluency in Cantonese and English, with knowledge of Mandarin preferred.
