Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Merchandiser to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for building customer relationships, monitoring stock movements and production schedules, and performing daily merchandising duties.

Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers to meet their needs and expectations
- Monitor stock movements and production schedules to ensure timely delivery
- Perform daily merchandising duties in development and/or order follow-up
- Communicate effectively with garment vendors and factories to ensure smooth production processes

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2+ years experience in merchandising or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
