The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Development Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting and supporting in product development and implementation process of protection products, including CI, Medical and Accident.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Collecting market information and conducting competitive analysis to support the development of right product solutions to meet customer needs and competitive market environments
- Assisting in product design and development cycle in line with the company strategies
- Developing various product literatures, product launch pack and presentation materials for product launches
- Conducting User Acceptance Test (UAT) for different systems, such as Proposal Generation System (PGS), to support product launches and various product and / or regulatory initiatives
- Preparing business reports as assigned by supervisor and ensuring accurate output
- Reviewing product literatures from other departments to ensure accuracy from product perspective
- Coordinating and working closely with various departments for assigned tasks to support product launches and various product and / or regulatory initiatives with good quality and timely manner
- Participating in Product Implementation Taskforce and PGS regular meetings to support the implementation of the product launches, various product and / or regulatory initiatives with good quality and timely manner
- Assisting in various product maintenance tasks for inforce business
