  • Strong understanding of distributed systems and consensus algorithms such as Raft or PBFT
  • Fundamental knowledge of cryptographic primitives (digital signatures, key exchange, symmetric and asymmetric encryption)
  • Contributions to open-source blockchain projects
  • Research experience in areas related to blockchain and/or cryptography
  • Ability to navigate conflicting requirements from various stakeholders
