Procurement Specialist

Company Overview:

We are a leading European watch designer and manufacturer with our factory based in Shenzhen. Our main markets are the US and Europe, and we are currently looking for a skilled Purchaser to join our team.

The Job:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to handle purchasing of watch components for all new models. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of work experience in the watch industry, preferably with expertise in purchasing watch components. Proficiency in English and Chinese is required, with Mandarin being a plus.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Purchasing Manager and work closely with our Hong Kong office and Shenzhen factory. Key responsibilities include:

• Purchasing watch components for all new models
• Negotiating prices with component suppliers
• FOLLOWING UP on sample schedules
• Identifying and sourcing new watch component suppliers when required
• Coordinating with the Purchasing team in Shenzhen

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in price negotiation and sample management is highly preferred. Additionally, knowledge of watch components and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary.
