Job Description
This role will focus on developing and implementing Medical Affairs Strategy for the therapeutic area or individual product. You will provide expert medical advice/insights into overall launch and product strategy during new indication or product launch.
- Maintain a high level of expertise and up-to-date knowledge about the therapeutic area, treatment guidelines, or competitors landscape.
- Be seen as the local therapeutic area/product expert at a peer level with HCPs.
- Gain insights through in-depth scientific data discussions with HCPs on pre-launch and marketed products.
Required Skills and Qualifications
You will need to have a Pharm, MD, PhD, and/or Master Degree in science or equivalent, along with at least 2 years working experience in pharmaceutical industry or research company. Strong record of deep knowledge in the therapeutic area and interpretation of medical data is essential.
- Demonstrate ability to update medical and scientific knowledge.
- Interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with a broad range of audiences.
- Advanced presentation skills and business acumen.
