Job Description

A Compliance & Operation Risk Manager is required to join our team at ConnectedGroup Limited, a leading financial technology platform focused on trade financing. We are looking for an experienced professional who can effectively manage regulatory and operational risk exposures within our operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Risk Management: Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks in our operations.
  • Compliance: Ensure that our company maintains compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to the financial services industry.
  • Regulatory Affairs: Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and ensure that our policies and procedures are aligned with these changes.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience in compliance and/or operational risk functions within the financial services sector, preferably in fintech.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of regulations in HK & China related to the financial services or factoring industry.
  • Skills: Proven experience in senior compliance management roles, solid commercial acumen, analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Languages: Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin & English is a must-have.
