工作職責 Job Duties and Responsibilities
提供中學的駐校服務 為中學生提供個案輔導及小組活動 處理與服務相關的行政及財務工作 支援機構及單位的青年服務入職要求 Entry Requirements
主修科目 Study Fields:
持有認可的社會工作學士或碩士學位
知識及技能 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
了解青少年的特質及需求
- 具備良好的溝通技巧及個案輔導知識
- 對中學服務有認識，具備駐校經驗者優先考慮
- 中英文流利，具備良好的中英文書寫能力
- 具備良好的策劃及活動推行技巧，能獨立與學校聯繫及協作
- 具有組織及帶領兒童及青年活動的工作經驗者優先
- 具備資訊科技及多媒體知識及應用能力
證書、許可證及註冊 Certificate, License and Registration:
已根據社會工作者註冊條例登記成為註冊社工

喜歡與青少年接觸，了解青年需求
- 主動積極，富有創意
- 自律及具責任感
- 具備良好的溝通能力及正向思維
- 樂於學習，開朗及樂觀
- 能適應變化，成熟及獨立，勇於面對挑戰

備註 Remarks
如職位的日常職務涉及與兒童經常接觸，申請者須提供性罪行定罪紀錄 合適者須參加筆試 申請者如在三個月內未獲面見，則視為落選，其資料亦會被即時銷毀 如獲面見而不獲取錄者，其資料將於招聘程序完成後一年內被銷毀(申請人所提供的資料將予保密及只作招聘有關職位用途)
