The Role: Assistant Leasing Manager

As an Assistant Leasing Manager, you will report directly to our General Manager and be responsible for performing comprehensive leasing activities for our company-owned properties, focusing on office buildings. Key responsibilities include handling new lettings and tenancy renewals, including marketing, tenancy administration, and negotiations with property agents, potential clients, and tenants.

You will review and implement marketing plans to maximize leasing opportunities, build relationships with potential new tenants, and provide professional leasing services to drive occupancy rates. Additionally, you will supervise 1-2 Leasing Officers.

Requirements:
  • Degree holder with a strong academic background
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property leasing, tenancy administration, or property management
  • Prior experience in office buildings is highly advantageous
  • Landlord-side experience is preferred
  • Managerial level experience is a plus but not essential
  • Strong ability to build and enhance relationships with potential new tenants to drive occupancy rates
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and Chinese word processing
