Job Summary:

• We seek a Senior Leasing Officer to perform comprehensive leasing activities for company-owned properties, focusing on office buildings and premises.
• The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in property leasing, tenancy administration, or property management.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in office buildings and be proficient in Microsoft applications and Chinese word processing.

Responsibilities:

• Handle new lettings and tenancy renewals, including marketing, tenancy administration, and negotiations with property agents, potential clients, and tenants.
• Review and implement marketing plans to maximize leasing opportunities.
• Build relationships with potential new tenants and provide professional leasing services to drive occupancy rates.
• Supervise 1-2 Leasing Officers.

Requirements:

• Degree holder.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property leasing, tenancy administration, or property management.
• Experience in office buildings is a significant advantage. Experience on the landlord side is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to build and enhance relationships with potential new tenants to drive occupancy rates.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and Chinese word processing.
