Requirements:
Who We're Looking For:- A Ph.D. in a science-related field (e.g., chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical science, or related discipline).
- At least 10 years of experience in research and development, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry with drug formulation exposure.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships internally and externally.
