We are seeking a seasoned R&D Director to spearhead our research and development initiatives at Vita Green Health Product Company Limited. Job Description

In this exciting opportunity, you will lead our research and development initiatives, translating complex scientific insights into innovative health solutions. Your leadership will be instrumental in:

  • Developing and Executing R&D Strategy: Ensure alignment with overall business goals and drive innovation that supports our portfolio expansion.
  • Directing Research and Development Teams: Lead multidisciplinary scientists to influence strategy and execute priorities, delivering projects from data feasibility to final presentations.
  • Driving Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with production, QA, QC, and procurement teams for timely execution of product launches.
  • Buidng External Partnerships: Establish relationships with academic institutions and suppliers to access cutting-edge technology and research capabilities.

Requirements:

Who We're Looking For:
  • A Ph.D. in a science-related field (e.g., chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical science, or related discipline).
  • At least 10 years of experience in research and development, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry with drug formulation exposure.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships internally and externally.
