As a well-established player in the fast-growing internet industry, we're seeking a talented Digital Platform Transformation Associate Director to drive our company's aggressive expansion plan. With a strong focus on fostering collaboration and reuse of capabilities, you will lead strategic initiatives across various digital channels, ensuring user satisfaction and accelerating adoption.

Role Overview:

  • You will report to the Department head and manage a team, providing product direction and leadership to drive business outcomes.
  • Foster collaboration and reuse of capabilities across digital and technology channels.
  • Identify emerging market trends, systemic challenges, and opportunities to formulate scalable and repeatable solutions.
  • Research and case studies on leading-edge technologies to determine their effectiveness and value.
  • Collaborate with FinTech and AI communities to identify and deliver innovative technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years managing and delivering IT services, product management, and technology transformation experience.
  • Prior experience building and leading teams that tackle complex problems and implement broad technology solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills, including coaching, consensus building, and resource management.
  • Effective communication at all levels, technical and non-technical.
  • Experience in lifecycle management for application system implementations.
  • Extensive knowledge in financial services environments supporting diverse information systems.
  • Understanding of commercial considerations.
  • Good command of English and Chinese languages.

Compensation Package:

We offer an estimated salary range of HKD 1,200,000 - HKD 1,800,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
