About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in designing, planning, implementing, configuring, and establishing large-scale IP network solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Telecom Service Providers to ensure seamless connectivity and availability of Local/ Global Office Telco Circuits
  • Design, plan, implement, configure, and establish various large-scale IP network solutions/equipment for new offices (routers, firewalls, core/access network switches, WiFi, load balancers, bandwidth controllers, QoS, SD-WAN, etc.)
  • Upgrade existing office networks to enhance redundancy, performance, and efficiency
  • Maintain, replace, and troubleshoot different network-related issues
  • Analyze daily office network data (availability, latency, utilization, throughput, etc.)
  • Ensure secure network access protocols and maintain network security
  • Conduct relevant user training sessions and provide helpful references
  • Document and report on network equipment/licenses inventory, network topology, network data report, etc.
  • Liaise and communicate with different network solution providers/vendors globally
  • Coordinate office relocation projects for headquarters and overseas offices
  • Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations
Requirements:
  • Degree or certificate holder in Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Proven solid network experience with a minimum of 5 years
  • Qualification in CCNP is a must
  • CCDP, CITRIX, Wireshark, VCP-DCV, ITIL, or relevant certification holder will be advantageous
  • Solid knowledge of various network equipment branding and models (Cisco, Cisco Meraki, FortiNet, Unifi, Huawei)
  • Solid knowledge of various ISP services (broadband, DIA, Metronet, MPLS)
  • Solid knowledge and experience on full agile wireless network design and implementation
  • Sound knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, VRRP, BGP, OSPF)
  • Solid understanding of OSI or TCP/IP model
  • Solid experience with monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analytics tools
  • Good command of written and spoken skills in English
  • Independent, self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work under pressure
  • Flexible to work in an environment with occasional shift or overtime
