About the Role:
Fashion Collection Manager will oversee the entire go-to-market design process, preparing captivating design decks and model shop setups for impactful divisional presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute design strategies for fashion collections, ensuring every design reflects the brand's vision and resonates with our target audience.
- Collaborate with product developers to ensure seamless communication with market buyers and wholesale partners.
- Conceptualize and prepare for seasonal photoshoots that showcase our collections, capturing the essence of our brand and bringing our designs to life through stunning visuals.
- Maintain effective communication channels with the design team, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach throughout the design process.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Fashion Design, Textile & Clothing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of solid experience in the fashion design field, with a focus on women's wear.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and expertise in new materials development.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while liaising with multiple parties to meet project deadlines.
- A collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
- Willingness to travel.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
