Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Merchandiser to join our team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year work experience in trading/manufacturing/sourcing offices or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Merchandising team in daily operations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer database and filing systems
  • Assist in printing and distributing marketing materials to customers
  • Work closely with clients to handle their orders and monitor production progress
  • Prepare and issue invoices, quotations and other related documents
  • Coordinate with internal shipping staff to ensure timely delivery of goods

Requirements:

  • 1+ year work experience in trading/manufacturing/sourcing office/buying offices or equivalent
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Interest or experience in fashion jewellery
  • Strong communication skills in English & Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage
