Key Responsibilities
  • Process vehicle loan drawdown/maintenance/redemption requests, providing settlement amounts and updating systems according to established procedures.
  • Safe-keep Vehicle Registration Documents and other security/loan documents, updating systems as necessary.
  • Contribute to TransUnion reporting of loan transactions, adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
Process Management
  • Assist in managing day-to-day section activities and handle responsibilities as assigned.
  • Handle inquiries/requests from internal/external partners/customers regarding service and loan processing matters.
  • Contribute to streamlining operational procedures, increasing productivity, and enhancing control through continuous improvement initiatives.
Compliance and Risk Management
  • Ensure adherence to bank rules, guidelines, and regulatory requirements related to operations, including AML and Code of Conduct.
  • Support UDMA Policy requirements and governance processes, escalating exceptional transactions as needed.
Project Management and Others
  • Participate in system enhancements, conducting user acceptance tests, live verifications, and drill tests.
  • Support performance and risk matrix reporting to management.
  • Collaborate on various initiatives, new services, and ad-hoc tasks, assuming coordinator roles as designated.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or post-secondary education with relevant working experience.
  • Good knowledge of banking operations and loan processing.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and policies.
  • Positive attitude, creativity, and innovation.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
