About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with experience in leading teams and coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Report to the Logistics Manager and lead the logistics operation team to maintain high-level logistics services.
  • Standardize and systematize the workflow to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of operation procedures.
  • Monitor and handle daily operations, delivery arrangements, and support customer service to ensure service quality.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare regular reports such as month-end closing.
