Design and execute compliance frameworks and protocols to guarantee alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and industry benchmarks. Perform routine compliance risk evaluations and audits to pinpoint potential non-compliance issues and formulate corrective actions. Offer legal counsel and insights on compliance issues to internal teams, including executive leadership.

Essential Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in legal, compliance, or internal audit roles within an asset management firm or similar financial institution. Bachelor's Degree required. Proficiency in English and Chinese.

Compensation, Benefits & Work Environment:

This position provides a competitive salary starting at $150,000 along with an attractive benefits package in the alternative legal services sector, which includes health insurance, 401K plans, and additional perks. Employees also have access to professional growth resources and training programs. Most employees work remotely, although some client engagements may necessitate on-site attendance.
