We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Retail Credit Risk Analyst to join our team at Bank Of China (Hong Kong) Limited.
Job Description- Develop and prepare regular credit portfolio management reports to support asset quality monitoring and credit policy formulation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Analyze credit data to identify potential risks and provide actionable recommendations for risk mitigation measures, enhancing the overall credit risk management framework.
- Provide in-depth analytics to inform credit policy decisions, facilitate regular review, and drive enhancements as needed.
- Streamline and centralize reporting data through continuous enhancement of credit reports, ensuring ease of access and management.
- Design, develop, and maintain a robust MIS data infrastructure for retail credit products to enrich credit reporting and analysis capabilities.
- University degree holder in a relevant field, preferably business management, economics, statistics, data science, or finance-related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in credit risk management, preferably in a financial institution or bank, with expertise in MIS/analytics functions for consumer lending.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the retail credit industry and its complexities.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using SAS, Microsoft Excel (VBA), and SQL.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
Candidates with more experience will be considered for the role of Credit Risk Manager (Analytics/Credit Monitoring).
