Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement operational strategies to support business expansion and ensure seamless delivery of services across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline and enhance global recruitment processes to guarantee efficiency, scalability, and compliance with international regulations.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to employment laws, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR), and industry standards across multiple regions.
  • Global Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processes for employees worldwide, ensuring accurate and timely payments while maintaining compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
  • HR Management: Develop and manage HR policies and procedures globally, addressing issues like hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Employment Law Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws and labor regulations in all operational regions, adapting policies as needed for local requirements.
  • Managing Incentives: Design and implement incentive programs for consultants and staff, aligning rewards with business objectives to drive performance.
  • Technology Management: Oversee recruitment software and CRM systems, ensuring they are effectively utilized and updated to meet business needs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage operational budgets, sales, track expenses, and contribute to cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
  • Vendor & Supplier Relations: Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors and service providers to support recruitment operations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, sales teams, and consultants to align operational practices with client and candidate needs.
  • Global Coordination: Ensure seamless communication and operational consistency across international offices and time zones.
  • Problem Solving: Address operational challenges promptly and implement solutions to maintain business continuity.
