Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our financial reporting team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the preparation of financial reports for our organization.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who has experience in treasury management and financial reporting. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure that all financial reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform revenue & COS booking: Ensure accurate and timely recording of revenue and cost of sales transactions.
  • Review invoices and vouchers: Verify accuracy and completeness of invoices and vouchers before processing.
  • Month-end closing: Coordinate with the ERP system team to perform month-end closing procedures.
  • Analysis and review: Perform analysis on revenue & COS and review for performance of each business/product line.
  • Comparison analysis: Compare actual vs. provision for revenue & COS.
  • Quarterly reconciliation: Organize quarterly reconciliation of related party transactions.
  • Financial reporting: Support the financial reporting team for preparing interim and annual financial reports.
  • New system set up and improvement: Assist in driving new system set up and current system improvement.
  • Ad hoc tasks: Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
  • Qualified Accountant under ACCA/HKICPA.
  • At least 3 years relevant treasury management experience, preferably from sizeable multinational corporations or financial institutions.
  • Solid experience in cash management preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience in using Oracle ERP is a plus.
  • Positive, self-motivated, good analytical skills and communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is a MUST.
  • Candidates with less experience would also be considered.
Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of HKD $70,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Other benefits include a comprehensive health insurance plan, generous leave entitlements, and opportunities for professional development.
