Job Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced Airport Ground Services Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of station performance at HKIA.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and play an integral role in ensuring airport operational continuity in HKIA.
  • Responsible for the service level and quality of ground services aspects including safety and security, OTP, customer experience, ramp and cargo operation, and baggage handling.
  • Liaise, coordinate and maintain good relationships with the Airport Authority and all regulatory organizations on respective matters concerning HKIA operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years aviation or civil airline experience including 3 years in a supervisory level.
  • Knowledge of all aspects of Ground Handling and IOSA requirements.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is a plus).
