We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Security Analyst to join our team at The Adecco Group. As a Senior Security Analyst, you will play a key role in protecting our organization's assets from cyber threats.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for developing and enforcing security standards, guidelines, and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our organization's assets.
  • Planning, designing, and implementing cybersecurity solutions (e.g., SIEM, EDR, DLP) in an enterprise setting is also a critical component of this role.
  • Cybersecurity risk management is also essential, including conducting risk analysis, identifying mitigation needs, and creating remediation plans to minimize potential risks.

Requirements

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT security assessment and management.
  • Preferred security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, CEH, OSCP, OSWP).
  • Strong understanding of data privacy, security principles, and emerging technologies.
  • Experience in the Big 4 or banking/finance industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with IT security standards (NIST, ISO 27001) and solutions (PAM, EDR, SIEM).
  • Experience in security assessments, including vulnerability scanning and penetration testing.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
