As a Market Launcher, you will play a pivotal role in driving business opportunities and strategic partnerships in the Asia-Pacific region. Based in Sydney, Hong Kong, or Singapore, you will refine and execute Go-To-Market strategies, develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, and ensure Deliverect's solutions meet the evolving needs of the market.
A Typical Day
- Develop and execute a market entry strategy, focusing on building relationships with key stakeholders like restaurant chains and online delivery platforms.
- Research and analyze the market, identifying key players and trends to inform Deliverect's product development and go-to-market strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, emphasizing Deliverect's integration capabilities with existing ERP systems.
- Identify and research potential new customers, using techniques like industry events, online lead generation, and referrals.
- Navigate the sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, crafting compelling sales pitches and addressing customer concerns.
- Analyze sales pipeline data to identify trends and adjust strategies to achieve monthly and annual goals.
- Collaborate with Deliverect's global teams to ensure the new market is well-represented in the company's overall strategy and product development efforts.
- Help identify and recruit local talent to join Deliverect's growing team.
Your Expertise
- 5+ years of successful commercial selling experience in a global B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing large deals in the B2B technology sector.
- In-depth understanding of B2B SaaS technology, ERP software, and API integrations in the last-mile delivery and online order management space.
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture strategic partnerships within the food service industry.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across different cultures and geographies.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Understanding of software integrations, POS systems, payment gateways, and last-mile delivery solutions (DSPs).
- Prior experience in a leadership role (Growth Manager, Expansion Manager, Country Manager, or General Manager) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and at least one other market-relevant language.
- Based in Sydney, Hong Kong, or Singapore with the ability to travel frequently between countries.

- Choose to work 4 days a week in our Sydney office or remotely from Hong Kong or Singapore.
