Essential Qualifications:
Client Engagement
Engage with both account teams and clients to understand their requirements and deliver effective creative solutions.Strategic Development
Partner with strategists to formulate communication plans as necessary.Creative Oversight
Lead projects in collaboration with senior copywriters.Understand communication strategies through creative briefings and innovative concepts with copywriters and other creatives.Create design drafts for teams and clients across various communication platforms.Manage production costs effectively.Serve as the primary driver of visual execution and uphold quality standards.Exhibit strong communication and teamwork skills while collaborating with partners.Demonstrate enthusiasm for emerging technologies, share valuable insights with colleagues, and provide inspiring creative concepts.Proficient in industry-standard design software.Accountable for creative recognition and effectiveness in local and international award competitions, as well as driving growth in new and existing business.Leadership & Team Management
