Job Description:



We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in Hong Kong. As an Autodesk intern, you will play a critical role in helping the GBA (Great Bay Area) team uncover key project information and drive business growth.



Your Responsibilities Will Include:





  • Phone or online search for potential customers in the Greater Bay Area related project progress, dig project background, and communicate project-related information with sales teams and other stakeholders in a timely manner.


  • Identify new sales leads via phone, email, and social media platforms based on the Greater Bay Area customer list.


  • Communicate with potential customers, research their industry and needs, understand their pain points, challenges, and goals.


  • Explain our products and services, highlighting their value proposition and unique features.


  • Schedule appointments, presentations, or meetings for the sales team to further reach out to qualified prospects.


  • Agree with sales teams on target customers, strategies, and messages.


  • Use a CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead customer interactions and activities.


  • Provide feedback on lead insights and market intelligence to marketing, channel, and relevant sales teams.



Requirements:



To be successful in this role, you will need:





  • Currently enrolled in an academic university degree course studying towards Business Management or similar.

  • Or experience working in a sales environment.

  • Cantonese language skills would be beneficial.

  • Motivated to acquire new skills.


You Will Learn:



This role offers an opportunity to develop essential skills in digital sales strategies, customer engagement, and CRM tools. You will learn how to promote engagement with customer decision-makers and make a significant impact on our customers' business processes.



Compensation and Benefits:



The estimated salary for this position is approximately $45,000 per annum, plus benefits. Salary transparency is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package, which includes offerings based on experience, educational level, and geographic location.
