Job Description

**Job Title:** Supervisor, Corporate Quality Assurance

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing the HKA HKCAD 360, Internal and Consolidated Port Audit Programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and maintain the Corporate Quality Manual to ensure it is up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
  • Provide regular management briefs on audit programme status and statistics.
  • Ensure all audit findings and non-compliance issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with Departmental QA representatives on QA matters related to the audit programme.
  • Liaise with external parties, including CAD, IATA, and ICAO, on new developments in aviation QA matters.
  • Develop and maintain Corporate QA documentation and notices related to the audit programme.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience working in Aviation Quality Assurance.
  • Pilot with ATPL or Licensed Aircraft Engineer or Graduate with relevant degree, with formal training in Quality Management System and Internal Auditing.
  • Superior knowledge and experience in Safety Management System, Quality Management System, or Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
