Job Description

We are seeking a talented Fashion Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for providing fashion graphic designs for our key customers to achieve both business and customer goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the High Fashion industry and the ability to translate creative vision into compelling design solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including customers, design and production teams, suppliers, factories, and merchandisers to ensure that our designs meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Understand customer needs and requirements
  2. Review print designs from customers for use in textiles; ability to create original graphic designs is preferred
  3. Develop print placement designs and layout of mini markers for High Fashion garments
  4. Follow through the process from paper pattern placement, to 2D and 3D virtual samples for production purposes
  5. Monitor and review the sampling outcome and adjust graphic placement layout accordingly to achieve business and customer goals
  6. Collaborate and communicate closely with cross-functional teams
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and ensure design solutions are innovative and fresh
Requirements
  1. Diploma or Degree in Fashion Graphic Design or any related disciplines
  2. Minimum of 6 years' working experience in the relevant position for High Fashion for global markets with thorough understanding of garment production process
  3. Strong portfolio demonstrating original, creative design solutions
  4. Excellent understanding of the high fashion industry and its design landscape
  5. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams
  7. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines
