MTR's Procurement and Supply Chain FunctionThe Procurement and Supply Chain function at MTR oversees the procurement of goods and services from over 6,000 suppliers across various categories. This role is part of the ERP system implementation project, which aims to enhance digital experiences and improve commercial value and service delivery commitments.
We are looking for an experienced professional to join the ERP Project team within the Procurement & Supply Chain workstream. This team member must be self-driven and techno-functional to support testing, provide input for process and functional design, and assist with system implementation and roll-out.
- Support the execution and delivery of pre-requisites needed for ERP system implementation activities such as test scenarios, functional design documents, process validation, and data migration.
- Work on the project plan and provide deliverables in a timely and professional manner with strong focus on quality.
- Carry out procurement-related functional activities such as system integration tests and user acceptance tests for procurement modules, validation of data conversion results, and set up of data warehouse and business intelligence for procurement dashboards and reports.
This role requires collaboration with other procurement team members, internal business stakeholders, IT teams, and ERP system implementation consultants to execute cross-functional initiatives and enhance overall business processes.
