Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement full-stack products and solutions for our derivatives exchange platform in micro-service based components.
  • Collaborate with the product management team to optimize existing or develop new models/products/algorithms.
  • Participate in code audit, testing, and release.
  • Build a rapidly deployable system with automated testing, continuous integration, and delivery.
  • Identify and implement solutions for back-end infrastructure and platform issues.
  • Analyze and solve cross-stack problems.
  • Work with the security team to build and operate high-security and scalable infrastructure and back-end services.
  • Manage code and function implementation documents.
  • Collaborate with the DevOps team to continuously upgrade and improve the technology stack.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Java programming.
  • Knowledge of market risk.
  • Preferably experience at an Investment Bank, Hedge Fund, or Exchange developing trading applications in Equity, FX, or Derivative products in traditional or crypto markets.
  • Adapt and understand TDD methodology and experience with automated testing.
  • Strong desire for improvement, attention to detail, and responsibility for tasks.
  • Open to challenges and eager to learn.
  • Able to work under pressure, fast learner, and adapt changing priorities in a fast-moving industry.
  • Prior experience in Real-Time Risk/Margin System development is a plus.
  • Derivative product experience is a plus.
  • Good English skills.
