In addition to product development, this role also involves negotiating business terms for new licenses and renewals, as well as monitoring the launch of new products to ensure they are launched within the required timeframe and meet assigned objectives. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, a minimum of 4 years' experience in Licensing and new product development, and proficiency in Cantonese, English and Chinese. Korean is an advantage but not necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and consumer needs to inform new product development strategies.
- Research and stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements for different countries.
- Negotiate business terms for new licenses and renewals.
- Monitor the launch of new products to ensure timely completion and meeting of assigned objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
