The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority is seeking a talented Business System Analyst to join their team. As a key member of the organization, this role will be responsible for investigating system issues, designing solutions, and documenting project-related documentation.
Responsibilities:- Provide system support and handle business user inquiries related to commercial applications such as Ticketing, Venue and Event Management, and POS.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in current commercial applications.
- Document application/data flows to visualize business processes.
- Liaise with IT technical teams on architecture, infrastructure, integration, and cybersecurity requirements.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and resolve conflicts or ambiguities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- At least 4 years of business analysis and project management experience.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with relevant experience in revenue systems.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate discussions among vendors, IT technical teams, and stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in documenting system flow, workflow, and data diagrams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into clear requirements.
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in written English and spoken Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
