Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing high-volume kitchen teams and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of local market trends, regulations, and cultural nuances is a plus.
