This role provides administrative support and assistance with pharmacy operations at one of our veterinary clinics. The successful candidate will work closely with our clinic manager to ensure that all administrative functions, including stock management and clinic maintenance, are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the clinic manager with stock and inventory management for Pharmacy supplies, medication, and equipment.
- Communicate with suppliers and report to the clinic manager on price changes or order status.
- Perform routine laboratory testing and maintenance of laboratory machines.
- Provide administrative support for the clinic team, ensuring supplies are well replenished and organized.
- Maintain stock and administrative reports to maintain operational standards.
- Responsible for medical equipment upkeep and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with clinic regulations regarding safety, hazard communications, emergency action plans, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
- Prior veterinary or medical knowledge an advantage.
- Experience in stock management highly desirable.
- HKDSE or equivalent qualification required.
- Meticulous organizational skills essential.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese.
