Warehouse Operations Manager

{"About the Opportunity": "We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Phoenix Healthcare Distribution Limited. As a key member of our distribution centre, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, supporting your team to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and exceeding customer expectations.
Your key responsibilities will include ensuring all operations are carried out with a high level of attention to detail, managing your local budget, and ensuring all standards are in line with ISO, GPD, Health and Safety, and MHRA regulations and guidelines.
To succeed in this role, you will need warehouse supervisory experience and excellent communication skills. You will also need to be able to stand and walk for the majority of your shift, as well as lift products up to 15kg, bend, twist, kneel, and crouch.
