Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in capturing Health and Safety data provided by Project Managers and Contractors for Weekly Activity Review Meeting and Monthly Contractors Review Meeting.
- Consolidate collation of weekly & monthly enhanced site supervision (ESS) Site Supervisor reports and prepare analysis dashboard.
- Assist in carrying out qualification and renewal registration process for contractors and designers.
- Assist in reviewing Contractor's H&S performance, confirming they are in accordance with Method Statement and Construction H&S requirements.
- Assist in providing direct advice and engagement to Project Managers, Site Supervisors and Contractor's Safety Officers to address non-compliances.
- Assist in reviewing Contractor's H&S documentation; including but not limited to – Method Statement, Risk Assessment, Permit To Work, Project Health & Safety Plan etc.
- Attend Monthly Client Reporting Meeting with client's H&S team.
- Assist in coordinating H&S matters with Client and Contractor(s).
- Support the Project Manager and Site Supervisors Team with assessments of H&S documentation provided by the Contractor(s).
- Assist in Incident Management (if required) – Support the Project Managers on incident notification and report preparation, cause and mitigation review, communications to Project Manager & H&S team.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Construction or Engineering related disciplines.
- Registered Safety Officer is an advantage.
- A minimum of 1 year' experience of construction and Health & Safety monitoring in the construction/renovation works of office and facility premises.
- Proficiency in MS (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
- Good command of English and Chinese.
