We are looking for a seasoned IT professional to lead our IT operations as a Chief Information Officer. Our client is a leading innovation and technology organization with a significant presence in the Greater Bay Area and Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement IT operational strategies to optimize IT service efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • Oversee day-to-day IT operations, ensuring high availability, reliability, and security of IT systems, business applications, network infrastructure, and cloud services.
  • Manage IT service delivery and support, ensuring efficient incident management, problem resolution, and proactive system monitoring.
  • Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and third-party partners for IT solutions, contract management, and service-level agreements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in business application development, IT operations, and project management, with at least 5 years of leadership experience in teams or projects.
  • Strong project management skills with a deep understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.
  • Prior working experience in a corporate headquarter IT function is a must.
