**Job Description:**

As a Land Surveyor - Track Condition Assessment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our railway system. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting survey monitoring, liaising with stakeholders, and performing survey monitoring and checking tasks.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct geospatial monitoring to assess track condition and provide critical information for infrastructure maintenance and management decisions.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate work arrangements and implement effective solutions.
  • Perform regular survey monitoring and checking activities to ensure data accuracy and quality.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • A diploma or certificate in engineering surveying or a related discipline is essential for this role.
  • Candidates should possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in surveying and geotechnical instrumentation.
  • Familiarity with surveying software and equipment is highly desirable.
  • A valid Hong Kong driving license is preferred.
